PURCHASE REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21+ years old to purchase.
• Must be a resident of California.
• All beer sales final.

Shipping to CA residents Only

• We'll be sending shipments every day, as long as the law allows. We would love to be able to ship to everyone, but we're not legally permitted to do so, unfortunately.
• Shipments should arrive within 2-3 business days, and you should receive a tracking number within 24 hours from the shipping service.
• Since it's alcohol, you'll have to show ID and sign for it on arrival.

• If you are ordering beer to be shipped, do NOT purchase other non-beer items on the same order.
• Please place a separate order for merchandise and other items (any other apparel, glassware, or accessories should be placed as a separate order).

• Description: A medium body Red Ale dry hopped with a healthy dose of Centennial hops, giving the beer a floral and orange zest aroma. The malts offer a rich and smooth roasted caramel backbone.

The general public will be able to pick-up their orders at the Brewery (side bay door). In order to pick-up your order, you will need to show your valid photo ID.

Any orders placed that are not retrieved due to quarantine will still be available for pick-up once the quarantine is over. Pick-ups must be completed within a 4-week window after the mandated quarantine is lifted.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Please note that we will not issue refunds, exchanges, or returns. All sales are final. Any orders not retrieved by the deadlines listed above will be surrendered back to the brewery (NO exceptions).

SHIPPING / PICK-UPS:
If you want to get beer shipped to you, then you will need to order from the "shipping category". This item must be retrieved at the brewery location during pick-up hours.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
